How
do I send my artwork and instruction to Glow With Us?

Simply
reply to the confirmation email you received after
placing an order online and attach your artwork and
instructions.

Artwork/logo file requirements:
All art should be emailed as
Vector files with all type converted to outlines or
curves. Files created in the
following software programs are accepted: Adobe
Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf). JPEG files simply
saved in PDF would not work.

If you have a simple text message such as company
name, website, phone number, etc that need to imprinted,
simply email the text message and we will email you a couple of font
options.

No setup fee. (Save $50)!

Once we start on the project, we will
email you a virtual proof showing how the artwork will look on the glow or LED
products. After the proof is approved by you, the printing will go into
production. You will receive tracking emails once order is shipped.

On LED products, batteries are installed & replaceable
except on LED ice cubes, where batteries are installed but not
replaceable.

Turn around time: 1 week
-
The price includes imprint cost of one color in
one position. Please contact us if you need more
than one color and/or more than one
location.
