Instruction
Each glow ring bag comes with (2) mini
glow sticks. Bend (1) glow stick just enough to
break internal glass tube. Shake to mix chemicals.
Then insert the stick into the side hole of the ring. After
finishing with first glow stick, repeat for second
glow stick.
