How do fishing glow sticks work?

Glow Sticks use chemical reaction to emit light. Once the inside capsule is broken by bending the sticks, the chemical reaction takes place and sticks start glowing. Not only will the glow feature makes bait look brighter and larger, they also effectively stimulate neutral or negative mood fish to bite.

How are they attached to lines or baited hooks?

• Fresh water fishing: we recommend fishing sticks 1" to 3". Each stick comes with a plastic sleeve for attaching to baited hooks or long lines. Some of our customers also uses electrical tape for attaching. 

• Deep sea or commercial fishing:  typically 4" or 6" fishing glow sticks are used. A clip head has been built into the sticks for easy attaching to the line. Also there is hole which a line can run through for attaching. 

How long do they glow?

Instead of chemical fluids, we use industry grade Dry Powder for brighter glowing intensity and longer glowing time. 

• 1" to 3" sticks: at least 12 hours.
• 4" or 6": at least 24 hours since for deep sea fishing it's all dark 24 hours.  

Are they Non-toxic?

Yes and have a self life of 2-3 years.
